Soya is a healthy alternative that you can replace with chicken to make a nutritious snack.
Ingredients:
- 200 gms soy nuggets
- 10 gms coriander, chopped
- 2 green chillies, chopped
- 50 gms onions, chopped
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- Few mint leaves
- 1 tsp black pepper, crushed
- Salt to taste
Steps
- Soak soya nuggets in warm water for one hour. Squeeze the water out and grind them to make a coarse paste.
- Mix all the other ingredients along with the soy paste.
- Make small patties.
- In your Philips Air Fryer, put the tikkis and let them cook till they are golden brown or shallow fry in a non-stick pan till it becomes golden brown on both sides.
- Serve hot with onion rings and mint leaves.
