Ingredients
- Chickpeas (kabuli chana) boiled in salted water and peeled -2 cups
- Chaat masala -1 teaspoon
- Salt -to taste
- Pani puri masala -2 teaspoons
- Red chilli powder -1 teaspoon
- Olive oil -2 tablespoons
Step
- Put salt, chaat masala, pani puri masala and red chilli powder in a bowl and mix well. Add olive oil and chickpeas and mix well.
- Place the chickpeas in an air fryer basket and cook at 180º C for 20-25 minutes.
- Transfer the masala chana onto a serving plate and serve or store them in an airtight container upto 3 days and serve when required.
