- Marinate potato wedges with salt, turmeric powder (1/2 teaspoon), red chilli powder (2 teaspoon), cumin powder (1/2 teaspoon) & dry mango powder (1/2 teaspoon). Keep them aside for half an hour.
- Preheat the Airfryer on 180°C for 3 minutes.
- Place the potato wedges in frying pan and brush them with little bit of oil.
- Cook them for 15 minutes on same temperature and shake them in between.
