Ingredients:
- Small fishes (I used kembung fish)
- sea salt and turmeric powder for marinades
Steps:
- Cut and remove intestines from the fishes. Clean and pat dry.
- Marinate the fish for 30 minutes.
- Arrange fish in the airfryer basket. Air-fry at 180 degC for the first 5 minutes. Then, 200deg C for another 8 minutes.
- Serve hot with your favorite chili sauce.
